We had a decent stay at this hotel. The best aspects were cleanliness, location and staff. The room was tidy and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for us, with easily accessible public transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

During my Easter holiday at this hotel, I loved the fact that the bed sheets and pillows were fresh and clean. , the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. What I enjoyed most was the complimentary breakfast offered to guests, which was delicious and filled me up for the day's activities.
The hotel housekeeping was not up to par. The toilet and bathroom had water accumulation and the passage was constantly wet due to water leakage.

Het hotel had een goede ligging in de buurt van het centrum en was gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Gelukkig was er een markt in de buurt waar we heerlijk konden rondkijken. De kamer was mooi en de badkamer was luxe. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en er waren veel faciliteiten, zoals een gezellige lounge. Gelukkig waren de bedden erg comfortabel.
Het personeel was onprofessioneel en reageerde niet op onze verzoeken.

It is located in a peaceful area, making it an ideal spot to take a break from the chaos of city life. While some guests complained about the cleanliness of the room, there were still a few well-made beds with clean sheets and comfortable pillows available. the hotel had several facilities, including a restaurant that served edible food.
The hotel's overall service needs improvement. Some of the guests complained about the poor housekeeping, especially in the bathroom and the entrance, where they experienced water accumulation and leakage.
